Toward Inclusion
People with disabilities make up 18.6% of the population, and slowly the efforts to include them in broader society are making headway. In the Jewish community, it is up to us to make sure we are doing our part to allow these individuals access to everything Jewish, just like everyone else around them.
The beginning of any progress is discussion and awareness.
Join Chabad Malvern for a powerful two part series examining Jewish texts, modern studies as well as many learning exercises to discover how to practice inclusion of all people, no matter their ability (or disability), in our daily lives.
Presented by Rabbi Reuvi Cooper from a personal and professional perspective.

Parshah Loving the Stranger The Torah asks, why should you not hate the stranger? Because you once stood where he stands now. You know the heart of the stranger because you were once a stranger in the land of Egypt.
Video Would You Hurt a Fly? Cruelty towards animals is strictly forbidden by the Torah. For two distinct reasons: one intrinsic to the life of the animal itself; the other extrinsic, yet no less important ... indeed, perhaps even more important.
Following the revelation at Sinai, G‑d legislates a series of laws for
the people of Israel. These include the laws of the indentured servant; the penalties for murder, kidnapping, assault and theft; civil laws pertaining to redress
of damages, the granting of loans and the responsibilities of the “Four
